Patient Satisfaction at Ripple Ranch:
What Our Clients Said in 2024
- Whole-Person Healing
Why Does Patient Satisfaction Matter?
How our treatment feels for our clients matters just as much as what it treats.
A fulfilling treatment experience includes what happens in therapy sessions and if clinical milestones are met. But, it’s also about how supported, heard, and valued a person feels throughout their healing journey.
We believe patient satisfaction is one of the clearest indicators of true, lasting recovery because when clients feel connected, seen, and safe, they’re far more likely to engage fully in the process.

2024 Treatment Outcomes
In 2024, we collected feedback from 1,356 clients, up from 1,079 in 2023. This increase tells us that more people are choosing to share their voice, and what they’re saying affirms everything we’re working toward.
Here’s how clients rated their experience in 2024:
- Very Satisfied: 72% (up from 67% from 2023)
- Somewhat Satisfied: 17% (down from 23%)
- Neutral: 8% (up from 7%)
- Somewhat Unsatisfied: 2% (same)
- Very Unsatisfied: 1% (same)
This year, nearly three out of four clients reported being “very satisfied” with their care, the highest level of satisfaction we’ve recorded to date. And, while the percentage of “somewhat satisfied” clients decreased, that drop reflects a shift toward stronger, more decisive positive experiences.

What’s Behind the High Scores? A Model Built on Trust and Care
Every part of our program, from the clinical framework to the little day-to-day moments, is built around one thing: respect for the person behind the symptoms.
Our treatment experience includes:
- Individual Therapy: Clients work one-on-one with licensed clinicians to dig into their story and identify patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape their behavior.
- Group Therapy: Peer-driven healing in a structured, supportive space where clients can share, reflect, and build connections.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): A proven approach to change the thought patterns that feed anxiety, depression, and addiction.
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): This is used only when clinically appropriate to support detox, reduce cravings, and restore balance.
- Holistic Healing: Yoga, mindfulness, and hiking are all tools we utilize to help patients strengthen their emotional regulation, reduce stress, and support the mind-body connection.
With Ripple Ranch, every individual who walks through our doors will receive care that’s personal, comprehensive, and designed around their real lives.

The Feedback That Drives Us Forward
We also recognize the voices behind the numbers that weren’t “very satisfied.” This includes:
- 17% who were “somewhat satisfied”
- 8% who were neutral
- 3% who reported being either somewhat or very unsatisfied
Every one of those responses matters. We treat this feedback not as criticism, but as direction.
When we receive feedback like this, we conduct internal reviews. We talk to the staff. We ask the hard questions. Because we know that even great care can be better, and even small changes can create big shifts in someone’s experience.
Continuous improvement is part of our culture. That means refining our processes, personalizing care more effectively, and making sure that each client’s voice doesn’t just get heard – it gets acted on.
Why Satisfaction Matters So Much to Us
Patient satisfaction isn’t a vanity metric – it’s a reflection of trust.
It tells us:
- Did they feel safe?
- Did they feel respected?
- Did they feel like someone was really walking with them through the healing process, not just treating them?
We don’t want people to just complete treatment, we want them to feel changed by it. This means that how they felt while doing the work matters just as much as what they accomplished.
