Most people don’t come to treatment for therapy or medication specifically – they come for change. They want to stop the chaos, heal relationships, sleep or laugh again, and feel like themselves. To get there, they need more than a bed and a plan — they need goals that mean something.
We don’t just help clients get through treatment. We help them define what they want life to look like on the other side and then we walk that path with them.
We co-create each goal based on the client’s unique history, values, and healing timeline. Then we align everything else (therapy, community, and structure) to support that.
Because when goals feel real, clients reach them.
We asked every client who completed treatment in 2024 a simple question: Did you meet your goals here?
Here’s what they said:
We’re very proud of this progress and will be here for every one of our clients through their journey. And, even more importantly, it’s trending up from last year, with 6% more people in 2024 saying they definitely reached their treatment goals.
Recovery doesn’t always have a clean “mission accomplished” moment. Some clients are still processing, while others are only just beginning to understand what they need.
That uncertainty isn’t failure; it’s insight. It reminds us that recovery is a long game and that sometimes, the work continues well beyond discharge.
That’s why we build in long-term support such as outpatient care, family resources, and goal check-ins. So clients who leave unsure have space to figure it out, and the tools to keep going.
We take this seriously, too. We use this data to refine our programming, increase one-on-one support, and adjust how we approach collaborative goal-setting.
But even for that 7%, the story isn’t over. Not meeting a goal doesn’t mean no progress was made – it just means more time is needed. And we’ll be here for that, every step of the way.
